International Shipping Policy

** DUE TO HIGH POSTAGE COSTS AND OTHER FACTORS WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AND TO CANADA AT THIS TIME **

Please be aware of the Canadian import laws when placing orders. It is possible that customs will open your package and seize it for whatever reason they deem fit. We have no control over this and can do nothing about it. This is a very rare occurrence, but it is possible. Also be aware that your order can take 1-3 weeks to arrive once we ship it due to the international crisis.

Also, please understand that shipping to Canada is expensive and we have no control over the price. Due to how expensive shipping is, only orders containing up to 4 pounds of merchandise can be sent, so please keep that in mind.

All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after being placed unless otherwise noted. Orders are most often shipped out within 1-2 business days after tracking information is sent, but it is possible that they will be shipped out the same business day that tracking information is sent.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders will ship according to weight. Orders including T-shirts will ship Priority Mail or First Class depending on weight.
Estimated delivery time
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days after shipment.
First Class: 3-7 business days after shipment.
Media mail: 4-8 business days after shipment.

Any orders including an item that is on “pre-order” status will be held and shipped when the aforementioned item becomes available.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be done the same as to residential/business addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically when we process orders, so make sure to enter your e-mail address at checkout in order to receive your tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Metal to the Core 1986 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages


Metal to the Core 1986 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
